To show our appreciation for this we’ve devised a customer loyalty discount scheme to enable you to enjoy even lower prices for all the goods and services that we provide.

How it works

Firstly fill in the tear off section at the bottom of this form and hand it to one of our sales staff who will issue you with your Customer Loyalty Discount Card.

We will commence keeping a record of your expenditure starting with the job we are doing for you today. When your spending reaches £250 excluding vat we will automatically discount your future purchases by 2.5%.

Then when your total expenditure reaches £500 excluding vat all future purchases will be discounted by 5%.

Finally, when your total expenditure reaches £1000 excluding vat all future purchases will be discounted by a full 10%.

You can reach the highest level of discount more quickly by lending your card to your friends and family as their expenditure goes towards your target!

Customer Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

  1. Fareham Tyres Ltd. (FTL) shall be the operator and sole controller of the scheme. All decisions relating to the scheme shall be at the discretion of FTL
  2. All cards issued in relation to the scheme shall remain the property of FTL and must be returned to FTL on demand
  3. FTL shall reserve the right to terminate the scheme at their sole discretion
  4. For the purpose of calculating discount targets the pre VAT price
  5. All discounts will be applied to the FTL normal retail pre VAT price
  6. The scheme shall only apply to retail customers
  7. The FTL loyalty discount card must be produced at the point of sale for any transaction to qualify towards the discount target
